Dudes, it’s me!

It’s a true story. I was at the bus terminal in Toronto, and I heard a beautiful voice singing carols and I’m not sure of the other ones, but they were delightful. At first, I thought it was a charity act, but then I looked downstairs and noticed it was the janitor. He was singing because he wanted to. People would walk by staring at him like he was insane.

I listened to him sing until I had to leave. And it has been one of most pleasing parts of my Christmas holiday.
