… because if there’s no windows, you buy spoons?

No windows? Not so.
Your reeds have the windows, of course.
Well, unless you have window-less reeds. Moi? Heck if I know what my reeds will have until they are finished. Then THEY tell ME. Yes, indeed, reeds are in charge of me and not the other way around. Sad, but true.
Someday, though, I’ll be the boss of reeds. I’ll be the boss of reeds everywhere. (BORE for short.)

I love the missing ceiling tiles……isn’t it sad that most of our learning happens in a place void of natural light? We are clearly suffering from a lack of vitamin D. The only time I get any direct sunlight is when I’m walking to the bus from home or school……and sitting in the dining hall if it happens to be sunny……and sometimes if the sun is shining while I’m having a lesson. Both my vocal instructor and accompanist have windows in there studios….but I only spend on average 30 minutes a week in those two rooms. Need. More. Sunlight!
